Support

App: Suvia: Fitness Habit Tracker  ·  Last updated: September 23, 2026

Need help, want to report a bug, or have product feedback? Include your iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots help, but do not send private proof photos unless you deliberately choose to share them.

Purchase did not unlock

Open Suvia's subscription screen or Settings, then choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If Apple completed the purchase but access still does not appear, wait a moment, restore again, and include the purchase date and product shown by Apple when contacting support. Never send card details or an Apple Account password.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open Suvia Settings → manage subscription, or use iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Suvia. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests.

Change the daily reminder

Open Suvia Settings → daily reminder. If notifications are denied, allow them in iOS Settings → Suvia → Notifications and return to Suvia.

Photos and backups

Suvia stores proof photos locally and never uploads them to a Suvia server. A photo leaves Suvia only when you deliberately share or export it. Apple may include Suvia's local data in a device or iCloud backup when you enable that feature.

Missed days

Suvia shows the lives remaining in your challenge. A past day you could access but did not check in counts as a missed day; days locked behind the subscription do not count as misses. A missed day remains an honest empty frame on your board. Your worst-day minimum helps you define what still counts on a hard day before it is missed.

Delete an era

Open Suvia Settings → end this era. Confirming deletes that era and its locally stored photos from the device. This cannot be undone inside Suvia.
